“Senator Warren’s plan is strong enough to actually address the corruption that is pervasive on Capitol Hill — and help restore power to the people. The Anti-Corruption and Public Integrity Act has strong and comprehensive provisions that limit the power of corporate lobbyists, and make it much harder for members of Congress to cash in by trading stock or getting big payoffs when they leave office. This bill should be the blueprint for members of Congress from both parties to help take our government back from the super-wealthy and giant corporations, and to restore our democracy.”
